Eurosafe has developed a new offer in collaboration with Vaiomer, a Toulouse-based CRO specialised in microbiota analysis. For the launch, we interviewed them to tell you more about it.
This service relies on 16S metagenomic sequencing: the bacterial composition of cutaneous samples taken during a use test is determined in order to conclude that the tested product does not imply a major modification of the microbiota.
It complements our range of use tests and answers a strong expectation from skincare and hygiene brands, which now want objective evidence that their formulations respect the skin balance.
